Short Stay Guardianship
Not every student needs guardianship for a full academic year. Short stay guardianship covers students who are in the UK for a single term, a summer or language course, or another short programme, and who still need a UK-based guardian while they are here.

- Students joining a school for one term or part of a year
- Students attending a summer or short course
- Students on an exchange or a trial term at a UK school
What is included
Short stay guardianship provides the same core cover as our full-year service — a UK point of contact for the school, host family accommodation where the programme requires it, transfers, and support in an emergency — for the length of the stay.

Because short stays vary so much, we confirm what is needed for your dates before quoting. Tell us the school, the programme and the arrival and departure dates and we will come back to you with the options.
